Trial Pharmacy (PHARM) Training

Custody, Allocation and the Record

What a trial pharmacy owns: receipt and storage, temperature excursions and quarantine, randomization and keeping the blind from the inside, prescription review and dose verification, preparation and in-use stability, dispensing and returns, accountability and reconciliation, supply forecasting and expiry extensions, controlled drugs, pharmacy documentation, and inspection readiness. It assumes you already dispense safely, and teaches what changes when every unit must also be accounted for.
